I recently enjoyed a late birthday getaway at this charming resort with a couple of mates. The location, right by the golden-sand beach, offered stunning views-perfect for unwinding after long surf sessions. The staff stood out, displaying genuine warmth and kindness, even organizing a delightful surprise for my friend's birthday. The resort's mix of traditional Sri Lankan style and modern amenities was a refreshing touch, creating a unique ambiance. I felt that certain areas, like the gym and event space, could use a bit of a refresh-in particular, the decor seemed a tad dated. If you're seeking a blend of relaxation and cultural immersion with friendly hospitality, this place certainly delivers.
